Feta Chicken

2 halves boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 oz. or 1/4 cup Feta Cheese
2 Tbl Fresh Parsley (or 1/2 dry)
1 tsp Fresh Oregano (or 1/4 dry)
1 Tbl Olive Oil
1 14 1/2 oz can chopped tomatoes (any kind)

Mush together everything but chicken and tomatoes.
Slice chicken in middle and stuff with mixture.
Place in baking pan (9x9) and pour tomatoes over top.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 min (until chicken is tender and the juices run clear)
Serve over favorite pasta. Linguini works the best! I also like Penne or Rigatoni.
Serves 2 (double or triple for more)
